Anyone got a nifty way to open doors with a successful thieves tools check?

I am a bit new at all this, but have set up my dynamic lighting so that doors will open according to player manipulation — which is standard to Roll20 now, so I don't have any add ons for this function. It's working great, but I'd love a way for the players to be able to try to pick and open the lock — in other words,  if they are standing in front of the door and do a successful DC check with lock picking, the door automatically toggles to the open state.  Has anyone found a way to do that, or a combination of scripts/macros/add-ons that might make it workable? Thanks. =)

The problem with using a mod script on this is that there is no Event for "try a locked door". Suppose someone could write a script that says basically, "if you roll X with lockpicking tools, unlock nearest door", but I don't know of anything off the shelf for this.
