maybe a way to organize music, so its easier to sort through and keep tracks on hand for those tense or calming moments.

Can't use tags on music. Best you can do is rename them in some sort of vague order and hope for the best when you have 50+ sounds/effects/combat music/area music/etc. :P Sound organization and searching, and sound API are my 2 biggest "hope they do something next update" wishes. When a 3rd party soundboard/application played thru direct input to voice chat is an easier/faster/more organized option to consider, it does need some work :)

playlists would be sweet (play a playlist in sequence... or play play all the sounds in a playlist together - a montage)

You can layer sounds, I wish you could do a playlist. I did a scene with about nine sounds running at once and the result was pretty amazing.

yeah, a playlist thing would be great. and being able to separate sounds into different folders to search easier.
