Can't see Video Chat cameras suddenly

Video Chat has been working up until now, playing today and I can't see anyone and they can't see me. I can see myself in the bottom left. Hi Roosell! Your best bet is to take a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ), plus that info above and send in a  Help Center Request . The forums are mostly community help.

I seem to have the same problem. Just happened today. Just submitted a help request. Will update if it's fix or getting a reply.

Another thing to try is switching to the "New Voice & Video Beta". It's a vastly superior connection. The only thing lacking is the ability to move avatar windows freely.

How do I change to the Beta?  I do NOT see an option to do that. I'm having the same issue.  Connection INIT: Tanner [chad] Connection FAILING: Tanner [chad] Connection FAILED: Tanner [chad] Connection ERROR: ConnectionInvalidArchitecture Failed to construct 'RTCPeerConnection': 'stun:turn4.roll20.net:3478?transport=udp' is not a valid stun or turn URL. Handle Signalling Tanner is one of the other players.   I can't see ANY of them, I have an entry like this for every other player and the GM.   Many of the other players are experiencing the same thing.

Also having the same issue tonight.  I've tried everything :( We didn't want to change the video mid game so we're going to try it next session, we are using the default, which I assume is non-beta.

Yes after getting my GM to switch to the New Voice & Video Beta it worked, thank you!

As of last update, the beta is no longer beta. Just use "Integrated Voice and Video".

Set it to Broadcast and Receive Video, but I do see ONLY my own Cam!

Estas dos ultimas semanas, me ocurre lo mismo. Entre los asistentes en una sala, no nos vemos ni nos oímos... Hemos probado de todo y no hay manera. Esto es algo que lleva ocurriendo desde hace ya tiempo, pero se acababa solucionando de "repente" durante la partida. Ahora es un tema que es insufrible. Hemos de tener Skype para audio y video de forma paralela. Alguien sabe que pasa y como solucionarlo?

Same problem here. And the new integrated voice and video does absolutely nothing. And yes I'm the GM. Gotta love "new" systems that completely ruin basic functions of Roll20. Fix this.  

There are a few things "strange" about this new feature. It works and as I tested out last Friday, it does NOT broadcast Voice if not selected (GOOD), BUT: Why am I still seeing the Microfone Icon after joining when hovering over my Avatar? Why do I still see the Whisper option if I do NOT want to Broadcast my Voice?! Also I wonder how the "Speaking As Avatar" feature will be "fixed" to work with the Integrated Voice&Video feature. Why? Every Time I join a campaign that has Integrated Voice&Video active, I do NOT see my Avatar directly, but I see this: It does NOT matter what I want to Broadcast / Receive. The prompt on the Avatar is always the same: And as of yet I cannot think of a way to re-enable this feature but to either Switch to Legacy Voice&Video OR set Chat Tech to "None"...

Another thing I found out messing around.  If Roll20 has Permission to use Camera but NOT Microfone, you get this Message (when clicking on the devices used for Integrated V&V): Again: If you ONLY want to Broadcast and Receive VIDEO, it should NOT require the Permission to access Microfone as well (and vice versa for that matter!)

Strange: if only camera permission is given, Integrated V&V is NOT able to find any device: WHY is this?
