Question That Needs Answered Before Staturday

Greetings, players! It's been great playing with you, but the typing is really a drag on our sessions. So, thanks very much for putting up with it. I'll know if I can go to Indiana at about 2 p.m., today. That's in about three hours. I have to get a neighbor to feed and water the horses for me while I'm gone. But, it's a big holiday weekend and all my neighbors might be gone, so it's still up in the air. While we spent time on this "side quest," I've had our artist do some aesthetic revisions and tweaks to the dungeon map. It's drop-dead gorgeous. So, I'm looking forward to re-entering it. That all said, this woodland trail encounter was intended to be quick and simple. It's been two sessions long and there's still some mopping up left to do. I seriously doubt any characters face death or permanent injury at this point, unless the lone gourouni warrior manages to get in a lucky shot. So, there's little reason for us to revisit the encounter save for one reason and I think we can handle it here in the forums. No need to post "in-character." Just let me know your decision. You may talk discuss the situation as you wish, but please do come to a clear and solid resolution as a party or individually. Here's the situation: With the wispy, floating skull spirits and the last two gourouni warriors dispatched, the remaining goblin archers take flight, following the orc shaman beneath the dark, shadowy forest's dense canopy. The nobleman is uneasy. You all proved your worthiness in battle, but who knows what else lurks in the shadows. There could be dozens more, or worse. He wants to continue to on his way to the next town where you are to be paid. However, do you give chase? If not, then we'll play from there Saturday if I am able to go to Indiana. If so, I'll have a further description of evens and another question for you all to answer. Discuss and decide. :-)
As it stands: Aldric is there for the money. No need to get into further trouble. I'd say let them go and make sure that the things that are left on the ground are dead, especially the damned Minotaur, and grabbing whatever seems valuable. If the shaman shows back up, we could just put an arrow into him like I've has been suggesting, after finding out why he keeps following us.
I guess Rothuk will leave them be. But I would like to know what the Minotaur had on him.

I think Enarit would rather track them down and murder them horribly for trying to kill everyone and the contractor, myself. It wouldn't even be hard, and I doubt they'll have gone far- the shaman didn't look too fit.
Brandon, you can loot the body, sure. I'll post up what he had. But, like I say, he was a 250-point PC, so there won't be anything that you all couldn't have started with. Archie, are you strong enough in your opinion that you'd be willing to split away from the group?

Should I start working on another character? :P To be honest, yes, I don't think he would mind going off on his own to chase the bastards down. He's fairly sure that he'll be able to pick them off without getting spotted, and if they do try to turn around and fight he can always attempt to flee - he is faster than them (from what I saw at least). OOC, I'm not too sure about going off on my own, Aside from the death flags I'm triggering, I don't want it to detract from the experience for everyone else (if this can't be handled here, idk how much time it will take) so if it's going to be a two hour chase then no thanks, I'll stay with the others. I don't think you'll handle it like that, it's just that I've had some experience of it myself with an old GM.
Very well. Enarit sprints through the woods like a deer. Will anyone go with him? The nobleman won't notice or give too much guff for just one leaving, but he might start complaining if more than one leave the coach's side.
i wil stay with the group and spend some time making us some "extra" backup men just in case we get ambushed again
You'll need to rest some time. You have 3 FP so figure the time it will take for you to regain enough FP to cast a single zombie spell. Remember the effects of Fatigue loss, p. B426.
