Title. Give players the ability to create like, up to 3 character sheets without GM intervention. Or give it as an option for games. Basically, getting tired of requesting to be GM'd for games to create my own sheets, and getting tired of asking GMs to make character sheets for me within their games -- I should, as a player, be able to create 1-3 character sheets just for myself. Limit of 3 stops it from getting crowded/messy. Think about how this would work in real life -- in real life, I would just print off as many character sheets as I wanted and bring them to the session. What we have now kind of reflects that, and I get there are tools in place already, but just being able to create character sheets as a player up to a certain limit would be a huge QOL improvement for me. Thanks

Especially useful for players joining games. Is it abusable? Yes, but so is the ability to draw on the tabletop. Trust your players. Though I wonder if they would have the ability to delete their own sheets as well.

They should! Or I should be able to enable it as an option. Its just so frustrating having an idea for a friend's campaign, and you want to design it IN Roll20, but they don't have Character Vault enabled, or have it set up to auto-generate a sheet, so you're just stuck until they make a sheet. Sure -- let me delete my character, I'm an adult gosh darnit.

There is an API Script that lets you do exactly that. It is called "CharacterSheet"... the respective command for players should be !character if I remember correctly... (downside: DM has to have a PRO Subscription to use API / Mods) Danny said: Title. Give players the ability to create like, up to 3 character sheets without GM intervention. Yep! But, I am a forever DM, and though I know how to implement these things, and might do so for my own games, the folks that I play with -- DMs who do less DMing -- don't have the knowledge of these things, and thus don't activate them. If it was built directly into roll20, I could do it myself, and I wouldn't have to stress out the Newbie DM who I am playing with. It offloads some DMing pressure to players.
