Hello, recently I've wanted to add the new Exhaustion Rules from the OneD&D playtest to my 5th edition game. Being able to simply apply a 1-10 modifier penalty to all d20 rolls is real handy, but it seems something recently has changed with the character sheets. Originally, I changed each Core Die Roll from the settings tab of their character sheets from 1d20 to 1d20-@{DM Sheet|player_exhaustion}, which referenced an Attribute on a separate sheet and subtracted it from all d20 rolls that player made with that character. However, in our last session I noticed that this caused none of the Proficiency bonuses or Attribute Modifiers to be added to the d20 rolls anymore. This wasn't the case when I first changed their core dice rolls, as far as I remember. I've removed the @{DM Sheet|player_exhaustion} from the core d20 roll and they work fine now, but I still want to be able to automate their exhaustion penalties somehow. Does anyone know what happened to the core die roll of the 5e character sheet that changed this? Or does anyone have a workaround that won't break the dice rolls? Thanks
