The white grid and background

I join a game (as a gm) the white grid, the background map, images etc don't appear

I was getting something similar a couple of days back, randomly started looking all dark with just numbers showing for the token health.  I cleared cache and restarted the browser and all sorted.  Other than that, I can only suggest checking page settings for anything linked to visuals such as opacity , background colour etc

Hi Frensis! Simon gave the best advice, but I'd also add checking to make sure you elements are on the right layer. Having the map inadvertently on the Dynamic Lighting layer could cause some of those issues for instance. Beyond that, your best course of action is to gather a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and use that to file a  Help Center Request , and get team eyes on this.
