So, I think that this monster is missing from the compendium. I have the module he belongs too, but when I look him up, I cant seem to find him? (Waterdeep, Dungeon of the Mad Mage) To be clear, Im trying to add him to another game, Im not playing WDMM module. I opened WDMM, and hes there, 100%. Its not a drawn token, its red with words across it sadly, but its there... Any answers why this monster wouldnt be showing up in my compendium when Im in a different game? Thank you. :) (WDMM pg 254)
I think the Bore Worm is missing too... Just noticed... Curious why these monsters arent in...
Still nothing? hmmm... Weird.. I wonder why these arent in the compendium?

The forums are primarily for users helping users. If you'd like to get the Devs attention on this I suggest filing a bug report via the Help Center .  With that said, the Crystal Golem, Five-Armed Troll and probably others are not in the compendium. It appears that WDMM specific creatures not printed elsewhere may not have been entered into the Compendium.  Note: with your Pro account you can pull them into any other game via the Transmogrifier.  Edit: I took a look at the Compendium for the DMM on the website and it appears there is only a small list of creatures present. Most of the rest of them being from other books. However, a few creatures (such as those cited above) are not present in any other material I am familiar with so should also be in the DMM compendium so maybe there is still an issue to be investigated. I would definitely send a message to the Devs as described above.
Thank you for the help!

I think what is happening is that most of these are re-skins of creatures available in other books. For instance, the text of the mad golem in the book says: The mad golem is a stone golem with a challenge rating of 12 (8,400 XP) and these changes: The golem is Huge and has 264 (23d12 + 115) hit points. Each of its slam attacks deals 24 (4d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage on a hit. It has Intelligence and Charisma scores of 9. It understands the following languages but can’t speak: Abyssal, Celestial, Common, Draconic, Dwarvish, Elvish, Infernal, and Undercommon. The bore worm follows a similar pattern, referencing another creature with suggested changes. There are only a few actual new creatures added through DMM, as seen in the compendium. I'm guessing the devs didn't think these reskins counted as creatures that needed to be added to the compendium, especially since the base creatures are available in the SRD.  This might even be a licensing thing, since the full text of the original monsters is not part of the book and only the reskin modifications are (this is probably why they weren't able to include art on the tokens as well, as there is no original art of the creature included in the book, even if it is a reskin of an existing creature). Your best bet, as Gauss mentioned, is to open a help center ticket, or to use the transmogrifier, or to pull in the base creature from the compendium and make the couple of changes needed to match the reskin text of the DMM adventure.
Yea, I really hope its not the case where they just decided not to do it vs a licensing thing, which I would totally understand. We'll see tho, as I sent something to the help desk, but yea, def glad to get this out there so people know before they buy the module like I did. :(
