Their saying everything is set to custom and it wont let them roll stats.
Hi DM Deadman!
Have you shared your compendium in the given game? I'm assuming in greatest likelihood that this is the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 Sheet. If so, make sure that your Campaign Settings > Compendium Sharing is set to D&D 5e, and that you have greenlit all sources you own. If you have not purchased any sources, Charactermancer will be limited to the material found in the SRD (System Reference Document).
But even if only the SRD is in place, it should allow the players to roll their stats, should it not?

Hi, thanks Keith - I posted recently statiing that for some reason C'mancer would not display correctly for my players when levelling up, but I could log in on their PC and use it no problem. There were no replies to that, but checking settings shows I had cleared a slot for the new game but not actually used it. Can't test it now, but am confident this will be it
Thanks Keith, yeah that fixed it. I had swapped out a compendium slot and reset it to the game and it worked.

Yes it should. I was describing what would happen if sharing a compendium happened to be the source of the issue, but then they discovered a lack of options. Troubleshooting in advance.
