maps not showing please help

Hello I am trying to learn how to set up a module and run it. I have purchased the module Waterdeep: Dragon Heist  I have followed tutorials on setting up mods. Now When I go to veiw as a player the maps are not showing up. I can't find any help on how to fix this I am using Chrome and I am on a Mac. everything else seems to show up when I move the player banner but it does not show the maps. Just a black screen.  I'd welcome some help even if I could invite an experienced roll 20 user to log on and have a look.  please let me know.  thank you

Hi PJ W! Are you testing with a token that has vision on , and is standing in a lit area? If not, how about night vision? If this doesn't help, please post screen shots of token vision and light settings as well as a GM screen shot of where they are on which map, so we can duplicate. Page settings might help too, it you have altered them in any way.
Hello Sir as I am completely new I wam wondering if I can send you an invite and have you take a look at the setup and i can make you a GM and you can take a look. Would you be interested. Thanks so much for responding.

You probably shouldn't post a join link on the open forum.  Anyone could click that thing, even me! So, you should edit that out of your post and send it to keithcurtis by way of private message.
