No Audio between players when logged into and playing Roll20

I GM two Players who play on different laptops but from the same house (and same Wi-Fi) in a different location than mine. After we all connected to my Roll20 Wednesday game earlier today, nobody could hear anyone else speaking. We tried "reconnecting" from Settings and then logging out and back into the game to no avail. We all rebooted our laptops and that did not help. I checked my Settings under Audio and Video and they were the same that have worked in the past (I have a sheet with documented settings).  We all use Chrome and have played hundreds of sessions with perfect audio. They use their built-in microphones while I use a USB microphone. We tried using our Monday game (which worked fine last Monday) and it now has the same symptom – each player can see the blue audio amplitude bar changing on their own Player Icon (in lower left corner of screen) when they talk, but the other Player Icons have no audio bar when that player is talking. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem and if so, how did you remedy it? Thanks

Are you using Integrated Audio and Video or the legacy WebRTC Audio and Video?  If the Integrated A/V I suggest starting with this troubleshooting guide .

I ran into something like this with a pair of players in one of my games, though we were only using Roll20 for the vtt with discord for voice chat. If they are both using wifi, they may be exceeding the bandwidth of the wireless service of their router.  If possible, have one of them plug their laptop in and see if that solves the issue.  If it does, then their router can't handle both connections (plus anything else pulling data wirelessly at the same time like phones, smart tvs, etc.).
Thanks for the replies. I am using WebRTC. I also tried joining with my test player from my desktop in my home (when the others were not online) and I had the same problem and symptoms so the problem is not with those players' location or network configuration. The fact that they cannot hear each other when online and that my test user (in my home) cannot hear me when the others are not online indicates there must be something bad with Roll20. I had just hoped it might be something with my confirguration   since the problem exists with my other games as well .

When I tried the Integrated option, my laptop and test computers displayed "Join Voice & Video" in the Player Avatar, and when I clicked on it on my Laptop, it seemed to work OK, but when I clicked on the test players avatar, the test players screen displayed a message stating "The object cannot be found here." above the test players avatar. I'll have to escalate to support. Thanks.

Were the test players running on the same computer? There may have been conflict over mic and camera permissions.
I only one test player on its own desktop computer in my house. I play on a laptop. The other two players play from the same house on different laptops. Everyone has the same problem - the two players in the same house cannot hear me or each other and I cannot hear them; we can see our avatars go to mute if we mute our mikes. I have only tried my test player while my laptop is playing, but it cannot hear me either (it has no mike connected) - this eliminates any possibility of problems based on individual computer, location, Wi-Fi, or internet, which only leaves some type of configuration problem that is most probably with my laptop (either Roll20 or Chrome setting) since I am the controling GM. Or something with Roll20. Thanks for the reply.

Hi Terry, I think for a configuration issue like this, your best bet is to include the information you've posted in a  Help Center Request . This is probably beyond the community help generally available in the forums. I'll still see if I can direct attention this way.
I agree. Thanks for the responses.
