Windows that can't be seen through...

Can we get an option for windows that not just open and close, but also prevent sight.  Hear me out... windows can have shades, shutters, etc.  If the player wants to pull the shades or shutters from the "inside" they should be able to turn a window see thru (or the reverse)... but the DM should be able to shutter up windows so that they are available in either fashion from the outside.  E.g., players in first attempt at say a giant's fortress tower fly about to see inside, because the giants are not yet aware they are there.  Players attack, do some damage and retreat... Giants now shutter up the windows or pull shades... windows are still there, but not available for players to peer through until they can actually get inside and make use of them.
I would suggest a little fix is either noting it during gameplay or even creating a wall that allows it to be not seen. At least for now.
