Noob question: How to include webcam videos in background graphics

Hey, I am new to Roll20 and sorry if I ask a stupid newby question, but I don't find any answer to it: When I look at youtube videos of sessions done with Roll20, I always see the player videos embedded into the background image. I have not found how to do that. I can show the player's videos, but only in the standard frames placed bottom or top whatever I specify in the settings. Thanks a lot! Cheers, Q
Those videos are using external video software, such as OBS.
Thanks for the info, but I still don't get, how I can make these nice dashboards with everyone seeing each others webcam image. I checked every tutorial with OBS I could find, but there is none that explains those.

Only the operator of OBS, or those who are watching the stream or recording will see the composite images. Users at the time will see their regular video feeds according to whatever service they are using: discord, zoom, skype, roll20, etc.
Ah ok. Thanks a lot! Sry for the noob questions!
