I've got a pro account and I haven't played here for over a year. I'm starting a new campaign soon and trying to bring in a new map to the Page Toolbar. I've created a new, blank map. I've gone to the Map and Background Layer. I've downloaded the image I want to use. I go into my Art Library, grab the image I want to use, drag it onto the grid, and nothing happens. Nothing appears. I've tried grabbing tokens, other art, anything at all to click and drag and drop it and nothing is working. Nothing appears. I've even tried looking at other layers. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
