I purchased some one shots to add into my game. I added them in the add on drop down menu. The maps are now in my roll20 game but none of the info about them is appearing anywhere in game.
Hmm. I am seeing the full list of handouts, monster,s, etc. in the journal tab. However, when I load all of them into the same game, I am getting odd results, possibly because of duplicated handout/monster names. Could you try just adding one to a game and see if it loads properly?
I had only added one, and couldn't find it. I added the others afterwards to see if it was the just a problem with the the one. It sounds like you see more in the journal tab still than I do. There's nothing for it there. If a map hadn't appeared I wouldn't think it had been added at all.
Being a third party marketplace offering, it's possible that not everything was added correctly. You can try: Running them one at a time Reporting to Roll20 in a Help Center Request so they can investigate and maybe contact the author Seek a refund.
