Am I doing something wrong!?

When I load a game on my android tablet, I can select tokens and move them BUT when I try to scroll the map it responds as if I am trying to select more than one token instead of moving the map! Help 🙏

Is this a change of behavior for you?  I have seen reports that the extension Touch20 for Chrome improves tablet behavior. You might want to give it a try.
I'm pretty sure it is new, I have played through a game with one before as a player
I will try it and let ya know.
Hey Mark C. Unfortunately, our current support for tablets is less than desirable especially when it comes to navigating the map like you would expect on tablets. First, you're 100% right. This is how it is working today. When you're on a tablet using your finger to try and pan around the map, instead the application thinks you're trying to select a number of tokens. That's because tapping and moving with your finger is like clicking and dragging with your mouse. That function is tied to the selection of tokens right now. To get around this, you can tap on the selection tool in the top left toolbar and you'll see a "Pan" tool that will allow you to do what you're wanting to do. It's not ideal that you have to switch tools to accomplish it, but it's a workaround for right now. In the future ( maybe even NEAR future) we hope to release some pretty big updates that will start to address this problem for you. I've added this forum thread to the ticket that we're working on and (if it doesn't close by the time we get to it) I'll let you know when we have more information on how we hope to improve this in the future. Thanks for bringing this up. We really appreciate the feedback.
Hey thank you very much for responding! I will do that and I look forward to the update! Mark
