"Hover to show token nameplate and bar overlay" doesn't work

Description: Nameplates and bar overlays don't appear on hover when "Hover to show token nameplate and bar overlay" is on, they just disappear. The problem appeared today, everything was working yesterday. Steps to reproduce: Enable the option (it will hide nameplates & bars) Hover any token, you should see the nameplate/bar, but nothing shows Setup: Web Browser: FireFox, Chrome Browser Version: 111.0.1 / 111.0.5563.111 Operating System: Windows 11 JS on, no addons

Hi Redweller! I have seen other reports of this, starting yesterday or the day before. Work was recently done on some display bugs which might have affected this behavior. Devs have been informed.

Having the same issue, great for when your big maps depend on the hover function to not look horrendous and illegible!

This is also affecting me. Nothing at all showing on hover in any of my campaigns. I've been troubleshooting it all morning without success. At this point I'll just wait and see if it works again at some point. Thank you for keeping us updated keithcurtis

Hey Redweller, I can confirm that this is not working for me either. We did push some updates yesterday. I'm not certain if they affected this bug or not, but to be safe, we've created a bug ticket for it and are looking into it. I can't promise how long it will take us, but I understand that this is pretty detrimental to yours and may others' games. Thanks for reporting this. I'll get back to you when I know more.

Hey Redweller, I've heard back from the team on this one. Looks this is something that we introduced yesterday when we fixed the cursor bug where it wouldn't change when you hovered over the handles to scale or rotate a token. Fixed an issue where the cursor would not change when you were hovering over a resize handle for tokens. Now it changes so you know when you can grab that handle and resize as you like. As you can imagine, we did not anticipate affecting this option and making it not work. I'll see what we can do to get this fixed quickly but no promises!
