Arctic said: Hello, I am a daily user of Roll20. All of my images, maps, icons and every picture in my library and on the Roll20 homepage have stopped loading. I have tried 4 browsers and two different computers and nothing works. I have cleared my cache (though the fact that it happens across multiple computers and browsers should confirm it is not a cache issue). Is anyone else experiencing these problems with graphics of any sort not loading? What do I do to fix it? It appears to be directly related to my account. Something is up. Hey Artic and Mitch, I wanted to give some more background detail on this thread that might explain what you were seeing. It seems that a few Anti-Virus apps ( AVG, Avast, and Windows Defender) are flagging image URLs for some users. We're still not certain why some experience it and others do not. We've tried reproducing the issue ourselves on multiple devices, browsers, operating systems, and anti-virus apps and we have not been able too. We DO have confirmation from affected users that a fix we put into place does work. This fix is experimental meaning that we're not sure what other problems might arise from it. Because of this, we're reluctant to push this fix to ALL users. However, we do want those that it does fix the problem to be able to use it. So, while we're still looking into the problem, we've pushed a new setting on your My Account page called " Use Experimental Image Delivery Service ". This will make it so that when you're on the VTT your images will bypass the problematic URLs and you'll be able to play as normal. This will not fix the rest of the site for you including the marketplace unfortunately . In the coming weeks, we hope to have a better long term fix for this problem and hopefully those anti-virus apps will not continue to flag these harmless image URLs. Thanks for reporting this issue and helping us get to the bottom of it. Please let me know if this fix works for you and if you have any other questions.
