BUG: Background color for Roll20 maps is always black for some of my players.

I usually hand draw maps using the background color as a base color for the battlemap, but for some reason the Background color for some of my players is black, the grid color is works, images load fine and colored lines and shapes all work, just for some reason the background color is always black for them, We know for the most part that its not on their end and its stayed like this for about 2 weeks. I haven't seen any other reports of this or I might have missed them but is anyone else having this problem?

Hi DoctorTimebomb, could you have your player post so we can work directly with them?  A screenshot would be helpful.

The image did not attach the first time. The black is supposed to be a dark green, I tried swapping the color but its remains black.

The players unfortunately don't wish to post as they see no problem with it assuming it will just get fixed eventually. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes but this is all I can give.

It may not affect you is the problem, Its only happened to 2 of my players and it randomly fixed itself for one. If anything i'm just hopeful others may see this who have this issue and boost it so that the Devs can see it. We've tried extensions, drivers, even other browsers. and have the same results. I again apologize but I'd be walking you blind into a problem that you probably won't experience.
