Depends on what game your running, on where you can find modules and campaigns, you didnt mention what system it is. Some people use premade ones, and some people imagine/create/design their own. Like myself, I haven't used any premade campaign since the late 90's. I start with the characters players made, setup the world for them, work from a simple idea of "x and y is happening around them in the world" and run it fleshing the story and world out as they play and make decisions on what to do, week to week.having it react and change from their actions. I've had one that was done that way that lasted 3 years of weekly play. That way is a LOT more flexible to be dynamic to what the players do or can do. but also a LOT more 'busy work' for GM. Premade ones are a LOT simpler for the GM as far as prep time, but are stuck pretty much to whatever the campaign has planned out. Not suggesting one over the other, each GM is different. If you actually wanting premade ones, let us know what system you run and someone can help you out.
I don't care I would use ones that people made 5edition is the system right
With 5e being brand new (PHB only JUUUST came out) there aren't a lot of premade adventures out for it yet. There was a contest a ways back for people to make their own adventure and submit it for voting. The winners can be downloaded here: <a href="http://www.enworld.org/forum/content.php?1693-Cong" rel="nofollow">http://www.enworld.org/forum/content.php?1693-Cong</a>... The Starter Kit contains an adventure and some pre-gen characters to run it. The quests released with the playtest documents last year contained a few adventures as well.(you can usually find them online if you search well) And of course you can take *ANY* module for any game to use its story, maps, etc and adjust it to fit the 5e rules.

There are a few already made for Roll20. Some of them use "Pathfinder" some of them use other systems. Those can be found on the Marketplace link here, <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/modules" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/modules</a> Old school modules are on printed paper booklets, many converted to PDF. You can get a lot of those from DND Classics, made for D&D and Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, here, <a href="http://www.dndclassics.com/browse.php?keywords=mod" rel="nofollow">http://www.dndclassics.com/browse.php?keywords=mod</a>...

Also, if you're going the 5e route, Hoard of the Dragon Queen is out.

<a href="http://www.dragonsfoot.org/" rel="nofollow">http://www.dragonsfoot.org/</a> has a lot of old school adventures in their resources section that can be converted to 5e with a little bit of work.
I went with published stuff back in the old days. You will find that stuff you create will always go smoother, you are by definition familiar with the material, and you should never have much trouble figuring out what you are talking about.

I agree with you al e. on making your own stuff is much better than using published material but if I'm assuming correctly (you know what they say about assume) the OP is new to the hobby and is seeking premade material to help them get a firm footing on how to DM.
Well, that may be true, but one should go through and rewrite sections to match your vision of the game, and read the whole thing through multiple times until one is conversant with the material. Every time the DM says "Wait a minute, I have to look that up, oh, that's what that was for, damn... wait let me go get the other book..." a hobbit cries somewhere.
