LFG Link:  The Ash Coast Hello everyone! I am looking to run a sandbox style DnD 5e game in a homebrew setting for a group of excited and fun players.   As part of the game, all players will receive a commissioned character portrait from an excellent artist that I work with on other games.   The Ash Coast is a land full of opportunity for those willing to seize it.  It is an untamed region mostly populated by relative newcomers, all building upon the ruins of long forgotten civilizations.  After the Sun Empire's advances were halted and forced them back into the Solari Jungle, a fragile state of peace was created between the peoples of the region.  However, more darkness gathers on the horizon to threaten that peace.  A hobgoblin army gathers in the jagged heights of the Thornhill Pines.  A dark curse spreads from the Araxan Jungle that will suffer no bird, beast, or man to live under its branches.  Rumors abound of undead rebuilding an ancient city deep in the Ash Wastes.  And the fractious Aarakocra have been stirred from their home in the Phoenix Wing Archipelago by sightings of a golden phoenix, who they claim is their god Huatletl, Lord of Sun and Sky.  At the center of it all is the bustling trade city of Riverstone, which has begun to flood with gloryhounds, treasure hunters, knowledge seekers and other adventurous individuals.  And from among those newcomers, a small few will join together into a band of mighty heroes capable of forging their own destinies. For more details check out the link above, and see if the idea of a tailored campaign interests you!  I have over a decade of DMing experience, with over a hundred individual players, across thousands of hours of live, online, and convention run games.  Currently am running multiple games each lasting for over a year, and hope to find new players to share an adventure with!  My goal is to provide a friendly and fun experience that engages both the characters and the players in the story.
Sounds like a good time!
This isn't going to be with a bunch of weirdos, is it? I won't want to deal with that.
Looks fun.
