Is there a way to snap an entire tiled map to the grid?

It is extremely  time-consuming when I have to click and nudge each individual tile into place just because copy-pasting or moving many tiles doesn't snap them to the grid. I can't just leave the pixels underneath the tiles and tokens visible in the floorboards and walls. To be clear, this is not an align  to grid problem, because these maps are not one giant image, these are individual tiles I am working with. Is there just a shortcut I'm misreading?

Hi Scar! The tiles would need to exactly match their intended grid. I.e. A tile that is 3 units by four units would need to have those proportions, no extra margin space. These can be placed and sized if need be, snapping to the intended intersections. Mostly this is automatic, given the requirements below: If the tile is one you have uploaded into your library, you can right click on it in the art library tab, and set the intended dimension (in units). When you drag such an item to the map layer, it will come in at that size in the future. Most newer marketplace tiles will size to grid when dragged. Be sure you have not selected "is drawing" on map tiles, or you will lose the snap. Is there a particular set of tiles that is giving issues? Or can you give some repro steps to duplicate the issue you are having?
Hi, keithcurtis! This issue is only occurs when multiple tiles are selected. Singular tiles have no issues, thank goodness. Though this issue is with the location of the tiles, not the size. They end up off-center and I have to pick them up and move them back. All tiles, whether I've uploaded them or gotten them from public assets, tend to do this.

There has always been quirky behavior when working with multiple selections, unfortunately. Are they grouped?
They are ungrouped, however I have just tried grouping the tiles and they still go off-center on the grid, so I still have to put each one back manually and individually.

So, if I understand correctly, you have dropped tiles on the grid to build some feature, say a room, and now you want to duplicate that whole feature in another place, also snapped to the grid.  Your current process is to select that whole feature, copy it, then click the mouse approximately where you want the feature, and paste it.  The problem is that all of the graphics that make up that feature are now misaligned to the grid and must individually be moved to match the grid again.  Sound right? There's no solution for that problem built in to Roll20.  There are ways to handle it with Mod (API) Scripts, but those require a game created by an active Pro Subscriber.  I'm afraid building them and re-aligning them manually is the only option built into Roll20.  You could use some external program (GIMP, Photoshop, Tiled, etc) to construct the features as a single graphic which could then be snapped to the grid.
Yes, The Aaron, that is exactly the situation. Alright then. I'll have to endure for now, then, and make some maps fully in other programs I suppose. Thank you both very much!
