Can't open games

Hello, There seems to be a problem with opening games. I am getting stack on the load screen in chrome. In firefox it opens but the grid area is completely black. I tried with both existed and creating new games, it doesn't seem to make a difference. Everything was working just fine last week.

Have you cleared cache or tried a private window in chrome to see if it might be extension related?

Hi Stathis! There are some things you could try, like flushing your cache and cookies, or testing on a private browsing window, but w ithout more information, it sounds like you need more assistance than is available at the community level. I would suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request .
That helped, thank you both.
I have the same issue but unfortunately clearing my cache and deleting cookies did not solve it. Still stuck on a black "loading" Screen. I also noticed that the API sandbox is no longer active, not sure why.

That sounds like you have something blocking parts of the Roll20 infrastructure from loading.  Have you tried a different browser or at least a private window to rule out problems caused by extensions?
