Token image being too large (GIF used)

I didn't see another post on this issue. I expect it's the Token being a GIF that causes this, but surely it shouldn't look like this?

Hi Siz,  Which browser are you using?  Is the browser's zoom set to 100% (not Roll20 zoom)? Does this occur in any other browser?  Have you disabled any extensions you might be using?  Could you supply a screenshot of the entire game, tight crops can sometimes exclude detail that might be relevant, such as using an extension. 

Hi, Gauss I'm using Chrome and I haven't tried another browser. This is the only token that acts this way, and to be fair it's the only GIF I've used as a token as well.  I haven't zoomed in or out, no. I don't use any extensions that I presume would have an effect, no.  These are my extensions:

Please try this in a Privacy or Incognito browser window, see what happens.  One of the things about extensions is that we may not think they would have an impact but they may still cause issues. A Privacy/Incognito window may help isolate if it is an extension problem or not. 

Yeah there's no real difference in incognito - I used a Player account to see if there was a difference.

Sorry, I have no idea then. I think your next step is to file a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center as the forums are primarily for users helping users.  Out of curiosity though, did this come from the marketplace? If so, which pack (link please)?

Since it does not seem to be animated, try to convert it to a jpg or png and try to upload it again. Also as Gauss mentioned, please file a Help Center request. I'll file a report, sure, but it's not really impacting me yet as it's the first GIF token I'm using, and none at my table has Mage Hand so far.  This isn't a pack, I picked up this GIF and modified it in a photo editing program is all (edit: see below).
