Pathfinder 1e Sheets Damage Modifier Applied to All Instances of Damage

We are using the Pathfinder sheets by Roll20, and we noticed that when there is a damage modifier, like a buff that adds +2 Morale Bonus to damage, or you power attack and add in +6 damage when prompted when making an attack roll, it applies to all instances of damage. So if you have flaming damage or sneak attack damage as Bonus Damage on the attack, it will also get the bonus damage, effectively adding it in twice. The +2 is from Thrill of the Hunt, and the +6 is from Power Attack. It's applied twice. This is how the weapon is set up:

Yes, the people I play with tend to put elemental, sneak attack, or whatever else supplemental damage in the description or notes section (repeated as many times as you have attacks).  Alternatively, you can create a macro on the Attributes & Abilities tab for the other damage and then add a chat menu button in the description or notes section that you can click to only roll that damage for whichever attacks actually hit.

An easy way to deal with this is to put "-@{melee_damage_bonus}" (without quotes) in the 2nd damage roll's modifier section (the line above and to the right of the Critical Multiplier). That way when there are universal bonuses they will get stripped out for the excess damage rolls.
Oh thanks, that's appreciated! It's a shame that that won't account for if I put in damage when prompted for Damage Modifier when clicking the attack, but I can just turn power attack into a buff, I suppose.
