So, on the character sheet, I am rolling for an attack, by clicking the attack, and it does nothing. The chat just says a blank and no matter what I do.

Your images are not displaying properly, so it's not really possible to assist at this point. If you save an image file to your device you can then upload it into the post using the "PIcture" button.
Hmm, odd. That certainly all looks right. Try setting an ability for the damage. And if that fixes it submit a help ticket for a bug report

How do you send a bug report? Because I just tried it, even though ranged is not supposed to add your dex to rolls, and it still does not work.
