They Came From Beneath The Sea (Compendium not showing?)

I have several games and never encountered this issue, so wondering if I'm missing an obvious step somewhere. Put in support ticket(s) with no response from R20 so thought maybe users might have an idea. I purchased this bundle - https://gyazo.com/eac8d9635d869a9be3c784de57d28214 - and expected to see a compendium in game like all the other games I've had. I don't see it in game options, nor do I see a compendium in game as GM. I do see the web version of it within R20 but not the in-game version of it..so I'm a bit confused. It also doesnt show up as an owned module to create a game from, so it doesn't seem to be that. Nor as an "add on" to a game from what I can see. Any ideas?

Hi Argus Host, I tried it out myself and I see where the problem is. In most games the character sheet sets the Compendium access, however the official They Came From Beneath the Sea character sheet is not linked to the compendium access. To fix this please do the following: 1) Go to https://roll20.net/welcome 2) Click on the game name (not launch) 3) Click "Settings" 4) Click on "Compendium Settings" 5) Select the desired Compendium system. 6) Save Compendium Settings, then go to the bottom and also hit Save You should now have your compendium access.

Thanks for the report Argus! And thanks for finding the issue Gauss! I'm the primary author of that sheet for Sigil, so I'll get a sheet update out to fix the compendium connection issue. Argus, for future reference, They Came From Beneath the Sea is published on Roll20 by Sigil Services for Onyx Path. You can send a support request to me and the rest of the Sigil sheet team via the Sigil support site . Tickets sent there automatically create an issue and task for us to track, and we get alerted when they come in. Let me know if you have any other issues. Scott

I wasn't aware that was the correct process - I'm usually told to just send in tickets :)

However, hitting the forums first is still a good idea for a number of reasons. Sometimes a fellow user can help troubleshoot the problem, then the bug report to the Devs can be completed with reproduction instructions without having to do a back and forth with customer service. Alternately, the problem may be a glitch that doesn't rise to the level of bug, or in this particular case, isn't a Roll20 issue but a publisher issue in which case you can be directed to the correct publisher. :)
