Hello! Long time DM (over 25 years of experience) looking for players this afternoon. I've got an itch to run a game and this one is it! New to D&D? No problem! New to Eberron? No problem! We've got dynamic lighting, ambient music (where appropriate!), the works! Game starts at 12:45 pm today! Description The Last War ended just 5 years ago, but in the city of Sharn, some things never change... Sgt. Vilroy has asked you to take a witness statement from a warforged named Coal, who claims to have knowledge of a crime, and more specifically, a murder. You are tasked with bringing her in for questioning. But the simple task becomes more complicated very quickly... From the Mythril district to deep below the Cogs, from city chases in a skycoach, to a chase on a lightning rail, this adventure has it all! https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/370016/eberron-forgotten-relics-free-one-shot Character creation guidelines in the game forum. Voice will be over Discord. Hope to see you there!
This game has been cancelled.
The best example of the trials of building a game. A story, in 2 posts. Sorry your game died.
Tell me about it. I did end up running it though, later on. If you're interested, you'll start halfway through, but working you in would be easy enough. I have found that taking ample time to find the right players not only helps a good fit between them, but also reliability and punctuality. Expecting to find the right people on at best a few hours' notice is pretty optimistic.
I feel that. So far, I've been lucky.
Hey, is your game still going on, myself and a friend would be interested in joining if possible. Discord illann#2065 if there is still a chance.
I'm interested
I wish I could quote, Pat vdr is so right. I'd much rather spend 3 months putting together the right people then try to force it with the wrong ones.
Yeah, that's what I'm doing for my other games now.
