All my handouts have moved out of their folders

I loaded up my game today and all my handouts have moved from their respective organised folders and are now in one long alphabetical list. I don't have time to painstakingly move each asset back and in many instances I don't recall where these asset were linked to within the game. My players have this same issue too.

I have not seen this one in a long time. I think you have two options: Attempt a rollback (as a Pro user, you have this perk--but make a backup copy first!), Or, rebuild the folder structure :(. You can reach out to the dev team through a  Help Center Request , but experience has not proved this to usually be successful. It is my understanding that if corruption gets into a game's data, or there is a problem writing data to the game, the folder structure is sacrificed in order to preserve the actual contents. I don't claim to understand why, this is just the way it was explained to me years ago.
Thank you so much, the rollback worked. That would of been the straw that broke the camels back with regards to roll20 quirks and niggles. Thanks again for your help. Im going to do periodic game backups from now on.

Im going to do periodic game backups from now on. That's good practice. And with the Transmogrifier, they can also work as an archive or library.
