Pictures in bio section won't save

I'm trying to copy and paste images into the bio sections for characters and while I'm able to paste them, when I save, the images are gone. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Help?

When you say "bio section" do you mean the "Bio & Info" tab? Or do you mean a bio section of a specific character sheet like DnD 5e by Roll20?
Yes the "Bio and Info" section. I was able to paste/save images there for a previous game but it's not allowing me to do it anymore.

It may depend on where you are pasting the images from.  Are you pasting directly from a screen grab or website or are you drag and dropping from your computer?  I don't think it likes a direct paste from another source. Try saving it to your computer and drag/drop it from there.
It is on my computer. Still nothing saving.

Please supply a screenshot of what it looks like just before you hit Save.

I don't see an image in there, just text. Or is the image of text?
Yes it's an image from a character card.

Alright, so my next suggestion is going to be to try an Incognito tab (Chrome) or Private tab (Firefox). See if it works then.  Also, does any other image upload and save?
I was able to get the images to paste by posting them to my game page forum, then copying them from there. Thanks though.

The Roll20 text editor has issues with images copied and pasted from a local source (i.e. your desktop). They may initially appear, but then disappear when the text is saved. In general, images copied from sources that are online (ex. Right click an online image, copy image and paste into text editor without ever downloading) do not seem to have this trouble. Game images that are stored in a forum thread or your user library are even more dependable. My assumption has always been that some vital metadata is missing from a desktop image vs an online source.
