This is my first attempt at using this forum, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try my hand at a quick LFG thread! I've been looking for a long-term campaign with a fun group of folks. I'm open to using mic or video, and even in person if the opportunity presents itself (I'm from Connecticut). I'm new in general, though admittedly have been learning about DnD and playing around with fun character creations, backstories, etc., for a couple of years now, so I understand most of the rules and idiosyncrasies. I totally get that good chemistry and vibes are important between people, so if any GM/DM/Group wants to chat or 'vet' me, I'm always down to chat! A little about me - I'm a 35 year-old guy who loves video games, especially RPGs. I'm happily married, and new to tabletops, but very interested in playing some DnD 5e, especially in a more long-term campaign where characters really have a chance to develop! As a quick aside, I work a fairly standard 9:00am - 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday. I am a *very* late night owl though, so can play anytime until around 2:00am most nights.
