It would be nice to be able to save handouts without having to open the thing again.
Perhaps the current SAVE could be divided into SAVE & CLOSE and SAVE & CONTINUE.

I'm not sure what's meant here, but if it's in regards to handouts and characters having to basically close and re-open each time you Save, then I agree - and if it's about the handouts being closed when you just wanted to save the changes, then I also agree.
