Roll20 Character Sheet, Help from Scratch or Pay for product.

I am having trouble understanding how to do a basic custom character sheet program. Probably due to not understanding things like GitHub or BitBucket. I am willing to pay a negotiated price for a finished product that meets or exceeds 70% of the features I need. Or tutoring to learn.
