PC tokens not updating properly

I have multiple campaigns where my party's tokens seem to be broken. It used to be I could go to a new map, open my journal and drag and drop their tokens from there onto the map. The tokens arrived with proper updated values (like HP). However in multiple games now when I do the same thing the token that drops on the new map is wrong. It might have their HP from before their last level up or it may even have their HP from when they were level 1, several months ago. If I try to go through and update the tokens (unlinking from "hp" and then linking again), it updates, but about 50% of the time Roll20 will just hang up on me at that point and I have to restart my browser to continue. It seems to lock up less if I don't click on "Update Default Token", but still it's a pain having to update tokens every time I move 5 players to a new map. Any suggestions?

I've had this same problem! For me, it seems to semi-consistently set their max bar values to what they were when I set them as the default token, not what the attributes are now. It's very frustrating, because it means I need to manually go into a token and un-link then re-link the first bar six times for every fight scene. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

Hi Quinn,  The best workaround for the problem you are having is not to un-link and re-link the bars, it is to start a new token from scratch and set up that token, making sure you are updating the default token. That should update the default token to the new standard.  I know it is a pain, but it *should* resolve the problem (until the next level).  One question though, are you updating the token from the token settings or from the Character's "Edit Token Properties"? Also, which character sheet are you using?
