Token Action for only one player

Because the macro changes the sheet the player is using the macro has to be in the macro tab no on the sheet, but is there a way for only that player to see it as a token action?

Yes, only people in control of the Character will see it and only if they select the token associated with that Character.

If you open the macro, beneath the 'Show as token action' checkbox, there is a 'Visible to Players' field. Only the players listed there will see it as a token action.
