What it says on the tin, It's really annoying and distracting and I've already disabled voice and video for the campaigns it shows up in so I'm annoyed and confused why it's still there.
Just click on it. Even if you set Broadcast / Receive to "NONE" you need to do so in order for the "Speaking as" feature to become available... Ser. How about just get rid of it? Its annoying to have to keep clicking on it everytime. The whole purpose of settings is to have the option of using this or not

Until your GM does this you will continue to get the reminder every session.
With the new UI there is no reminder for the "new" Chat Tech that is Integrated V&V. And even with Integrated V&V set you need to hit the button / click on the Avatar AGAIN after every reload AND every time you enter the campaign as it does NOT save your settings from last time! AND only then if you set Broadcast / Receive to NONE you can use the "Speak as" Feature, that is otherwise not available... (Major design flaw if you ask me but there is nothing we can do about)...
