A few bugs we noticed last night during our D&D 5e game

roll20 took several attempts to login from a new chrome incognito window. no error, it just didn't work our D&D 5e game took several attempts to open. It would open and stall several times. We found that opening it from the game detail was more reliable than from the game listing. the bars over a token and the values in the dots didn't sync up. For example, we have green set to hit points. The value in the circle would be accurate, but the value in the bar may or may not be accurate. Refreshing the browser would alleviate the issue for a while Myself and my players all experienced these issues last night, and we're on a combination of high-end / low-end / PC / Mac, but everyone was using Chrome. Edit: I remembered a recurring visual issue where I have my game set to light mode, but onload the chat panel is in a kind of hybrid light mode / dark mode state when I first load the game, as are the character sheets. if I toggle from light to dark and back to light again it fixes the issue.

I wonder if that is related to the current launch issue . If you still experience that problem when the launch bug is fixed please post that so that we can try to troubleshoot it. 2. Same as #1.  3. There is a known bug that happens with. When that happens iirc the workaround is to copy/paste the token and delete the previous token. It should have the correct values.  If that does not work for you please let me know and I we can troubleshoot the workaround.  As a reminder, the forums are primarily for users helping users, if your desire is to post a bug report for the Devs please file a bug report with them via the Help Center .
Yeah the Token bars failing to update should be a priority for Roll20 to sort out.  It's pretty bad you can't rely on a VTT to update hit points.

The problem with this bug, and other bugs like it is that they do not seem to have repeatability. It has happened infrequently in certain campaigns of mine, not at all in others. No apparent rhyme or reason.  And it appears to be a graphical issue rather than an actual update issue (where the bubble and character sheet update but the bar does not). Thankfully there is an easy workaround, duplicate the token. With that said, if you would like to file a bug report I suggest the Help Center option stated above.
