[DnD4e] Add a "None" option to AC Ability for those wearing heavy armor

The following option should be added to the "AC Ability" select form so that people wearing heavy armor don't have to do shennanigans to avoid an ability mod being added to their AC. <option value="0">None</option>

If you want it added just add it.
I have added it to my local copy, but it should probably be added to the default one as well.

I have been trying to mod HB's API and notice that HB's is following the naming convention used in The D&D Character Builder export files (.dnd4e), it's the Character Sheet that is using a different naming convention. If the Character Sheet was updated to follow .dnd4e exported files, HB's importer would fill in the Character Sheet automatically. Are you up to the challenge? Jim

API Scripter
If the 4e character sheet were altered to fit the exporter's naming conventions now, all existing 4e games using the sheet would have their characters completely FUBAR'd. Not a good idea to change the names. HB's importer was written before character sheets were a thing; it would be better to work with HB to update the script to output a character meeting the 4e sheet's format.
I'm done with 4e since they're still charging full price for the DDI. If someone else wants to take up the script, be my guest.
