How do you classify a Power as non-Damage versus Damage on the sheet? Every Power I've loaded lists the DC as the Damage formula, i.e. 15+Rank but only Damage uses that formula. All others should be 10+Rank. The exception I've found is the Affliction Power which does show as correct but none others so far.
