Is there a way to copy multiple items at a time with Transmogrifier?

I have the Kingmaker adventure path which has over 250 locations and 300 plus creatures and many more items.  I am moving them into another Kingdom building campaign which includes Kingmaker as just one part of it!  Moving 600 items one at a time with the interface is taking hours.  There has to be a way to highlight several items at a time to move them over right? Right?

Afraid not, my suggestion is to start with Kingmaker and move the something else into it, if it is smaller. 

Also, whichever route you choose, once you are finished, duplicate that game so you have a template for future use.
