Cant filter items on dnd compendium

when i go to the compendium to filter items on a dnd 5e sheet, it brings up a blank menu. No options. this has been the case since I started using roll 20 and I am wondering if roll 20 plans on fixing it? or maybe theirs a better way to use the compendium that I don't know about?

Hi DM Blake,  Could you clarify the steps you are performing?  Also, is this the internal or external compendium?
while in game i go to the right corner of the screen and click the icon for the "compendium" as a dm i think its the 3rd or 4th or 5th one over.  I scroll slightly down to "items."  I click "items" and a list of items comes up.. I click the "filter" and nothing comes up in the new roll 20 window that's produced.  I have purchased over 27 dnd source materials with roll 20 and am able to go into "monsters" and use the filters. its just "items" that doesn't work for "filter".

I am seeing the same issue, but I've never tried to filter Items before so I don't know how long that has been going on.  Typically I use the compendium on a per-book or on a "search for a specific thing" basis. The only category I typically use is Spells and for that "filter results" appears to work.  It may just be that it hasn't ever come up as a bug before as I haven't seen it reported before.  Since the forums are primarily for users helping users I would suggest filing a bug report on it with the Devs via the Help Center .  In the meantime, I would use the compendium search function for the item you are looking for, or the book you are looking for.  For example, for items I typically just head to the Player Handbook's equipment chapter in the compendium.
Hey DM Blake, I'm seeing that too. Thanks for pointing this out. We'll see what we can do to fix it.
