I guess this has been an issue in the past and I found a thread on it that was closed 2 months ago claiming the issue was fixed. I have a relatively small rain gif (164kb). After some time even getting it to upload I dropped it into the map layer. It works for a fraction of a second then is just static. No idea what's going on or how to fix it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
