We can still use another player or two for tomorrow's game, description below. It may seem a bit touch and go- roll ability scores and define class and race, work out details of skill point distribution/ feats/ spells/ equipment in-game as we play. The 2 current players have spent 2 weeks with character rollup, backstories, and Session Zero, so we're starting the intro adventure tomorrow. With that said, I try to make the game fun for everybodies so it's no big deal to join in and improv then work out character specifics later. Generally speaking, it's traditional High Fantasy D&D. The campaign is open enough to allow gothic, steampunk, anti-hero, or whatever other themes your character brings to the game. PM me if interested. ______________________________________________________ "If you can't take a little bloody nose, perhaps you should go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and vulgar, But it's not for the timid." -Q- This 3.5 Edition Dungeons & Dragons game will be held on Sunday afternoons at 1:00PM based on American East Coast (New York, D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami) time. Each session will last about 5 hours. 3.5 base rules with considerations. I'll be here working on the game, Sundays, 1:00-7:00, if anyone wants to join a quick meet and greet or play a one-shot. Otherwise, character roll-up and Session Zero is going to be when we meet and decide which Sunday to begin play. This starts as a 1st level game. We'll improv a quick encounter or two just to get on the same page, as a Session Zero. Then we start the formal adventure. It's a sandbox, we figure out what the players want... City adventure, mystery, creepy Halloween, traditional dungeon crawl? I'm just the referee who sets up the playground, it's up to you guys to tell your story. I'd like to have 4 players. Actually, I'd like to rotate playing so we have 3 -5 people playing each week. That way, you can play a few weeks in a row and take time off as needed, someone else might play every other week, or whatever works best for each player. This way, we end up with different characters of different levels playing together each week or every other (or third) week as it suits each of the players. A guest coming in to play a NPC for a session is also acceptable. It fits my perspective of running a sandbox and my OD&D/1st Edition AD&D background. Unfortunately, video is required. You don't have to run it the entire game, please turn it off while you scanarfle a snack and fart afterwards, but we need to confirm you aren't a 12y/o jumping into an adult game. And it's helpful to everyone to see who we're playing with, to put a face to the voice. Are you ready? NO! I said, ARE... YOU... READY?!?!?!?!?!
