Gnome Gunslinger LFG (Pathfinder)

I have a level 2 Gunslinger that was built for another campaign that never was. Built rolling 2d6+6 for attributes 500g for gear some custom gear that the GM at the time allowed for more money (Nothing crazy have notes for all of the differences)  Full back-story (outline...major points written in shorthand basically )  Based in the Pathfinder world of Golarion. Has a Riding Dog named Scruffinz Personality: True Chaotic Neutral, aloof and strange as a gnome can be. He is always happy and excited about new things, his curiosity tends to get the best of him sometimes to the point that when faced with a group of kobolds he may want to say hello rather than shooting them because he knows draconic and dose not get to speak the language very often, given his high charisma he may even be able to talk them into helping him as he moves deeper into the dungeon/building.  His strangeness is based in part on Mat Smith's Doctor from Doctor Who. I like the idea of gnomes being alien to the land of Golarion and actually acting the part. He dose not understand why people would conform to social norms but knows them well enough to use them when he needs to (Diplomacy)   He is also Intelligent and cocky as hell .  In combat he isn't the brave guy....prefers to avoid combat if possible but if forced into it he will use every single trick he can to end it quickly. If he can drop the big candle chandler on their head then throw a hand full of gunpowder on it to set them on fire then run he will. Over all he is a very driven individual. Intrests: --Engineering:  He wishes to find ways to use non magical means to build more powerful weapons (Think a +2 sword that is +2 not because of enchantment but because it is well built and better balanced than other swords) --New Technology: He will never shy away from trying to study the clockwork building in the city at the center of the world or the machines of Neumeria --Salvage: He loves taking pieces of this and that and throwing them together to do what he needs.(McGuivering stuff) --Old Things: He is starting to enjoy digging up older things and looking into civilizations long since past. --Firearms in general: Just loves the things LIkes: --Good Food --Building things --digging through old buildings/ruins/dungeons for new and intresting this and that could still be useful --good people --His dog --traveling --freedom Dislikes: --Imprisonment --bullying --authority Character Aspirations: (These are his greatest wants in the world...Keep in mind these are the things that he has told people "If I have to go find the star stone and become a god to live long enough then so be it) --Become a great builder and perfect his way of making non magical weapons that are just as good as their enchanted counterparts. --Discover the lost technologies of the world --Join the pathfinder Society and rise though it's ranks (He dose not however want to take the test....he would rather become a member via recognition than wandering in the door and asking.  Player Aspirations: --I plan to multiclass this guy into bard with the Archeologist archetype to give him a few rouge skills as well. -- I eventually want him to be able to craft ....devices that do things for him witch mimic spells.  Figure out how to build say a small spring loaded thing that lets you jump higher or weapons that have magic like atributes (+2, flaming, and on and on)  but using science....So a +2 sword would just be that well made  and a flaming sword would have a refillable alchemist fire chamber inside of it with slits along its length so that it splashes the goop and ignights it when the weapon is used. Maybe a prestige class to be looked into or built? -- For this character concept he needs to eventually get a bag of holding....if not more than one. Background: The short points are -Born in Finderplain -Traveled the world with his parents -Through a bit of fast talk and forged documents he gained an Apprenticeship with a human Mechanist at the Clockwork Cathedral building strange and unusual devices that would confound "normal builders" -These devices where delivered to Markus Superiors as soon as the last nut was tightened usually (Assuming that his superiors are the strange clockwork overlords of the Cathedral)  -Sent to Kapesh on an errand he was taken by slavers in the bizarre -Spent the next 5 years as slave labor -During that time the Bleaching set in on him -Tuku pitted against Goblin Monkeys in a gladiator arena. -Through some creative means he turns the goblin monkeys on the guards and escapes his captors. -He escapes and finds himself in the Manna Wastes and finally to Alkenstar -Begged for food and shelter where he could. -Still the bleaching progressed -Zakerzergut of the Wonderseakers found him however and helped cure him of the bleaching by taking him out adventuring, exploring, and partying essentially. -It was at this point that he got a job at the Alkenstar gun works -He became fascinated by firearms and learned everything about them that his bosses and co workers would tell him. -Befriends a hard drinking Dwarf named Korfal who taught him how to shoot the blasted contraptions -Built his first musket with the guy -Korfal was selling guns on the side though and got caught -A meeting was set between friends to discuss how he (Korfal) would get away without being killed. -The meeting was more of a last drink with a good friend before they parted ways. -That night both left the city of Alkenstar and did not look back, promising that they would see each other again.  -At that point he wanted a rifle not just a musket...but he wanted to build it on his own...it would be to easy and no fun to just save up and buy one. He wanted it to be his and his alone. -Treking back across Golarian on his own he honed his musket skills and arrived in Absolom and the Clockwork Cathedral. -Got back in contact with his former Master Markus who promptly sent his pay plus the guards as an apology . -He lived in the Westgate district with 4 humans after that while he made coin turning scrap into useful items and novelties all the while working at the Clockwork Cathedral to perfect his Rifle Design before ever putting hammer to steel to forge it. That is my character in a nutshell....If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Id love to play pathfinder ...any time ...any day of the week.....even late nights ! -
Still LFG :)
bump
I am not running pathfinder.  But what times, converted to GMT, are you available?
GMT lemme look that up. I mean just about any time really but if I had to put numbers down id say anywhere from 5pm to 5am GMT time really :P  That is if I got my conversions right....12pm to 12 am central time zone US I just want to play tabletop...and something close to this character though....so Long as it is not 4th edition D&D I am game :)
May I ask what game you are talking about playing ?
oh, I was just giving you my advice because it is my opinion that GMs tend to look at that sort of thing. Officially my advice is "communicate effectively when you plan to be available to play."
Gnome gunslingers are very effective short ranged fighters..
