We just started tonight session, and 1 of my 5 players cannot see any tokens. The other 4 can see just fine. The player who cannot see any tokens still has vision, and lighting is updated when I (dm) move his token. Changing maps does nothing. Any ideas?

Since you have a Pro account, I would suggest installing the Dynamic Lighting Tool mod. It has a diagnostic function called "Why can't this token see?" which can catch and correct many common issues that might prevent a token from seeing.
