Players Flipping Tokens

I'm trying something a bit different with an isometric sort of lay-out for a game I wanted to run, but players can't flip their tokens to face backwards.  As a GM I can flip them but it's pretty asinine having to flip everyone's tokens as they turn around in the middle of combat. Players should be able to flip their tokens. 

I don't use isometric maps, but I can see how that could be annoying. I suppose a workaround could be to make rollable table tokens (multi-sided) with normal/flipped images and use that for the PCs default token. The players should be able to change the side then.

My friend found a script that does it automatically. It's very clever but it means I'll have to DM through his account as I'm only a plus user. That rollable table tokens sounds intriguing  though. How does it work?  Edit: Just realised you linked to an explanation. I'll have a look. Thanks, David!
