Charactermancer Bugged For Players?

[This is resolved.  As  Adam  pointed out, I needed to make sure I'd shared my compendium with my players.  We'd recently started a new module to extend our campaign, and I'd brought over the PCs but hadn't shared my stuff.  Since this was the first level up, we hadn't noticed.  Thank you, Adam!] My players are trying to level up using the charactermancer.  This hasn't been an issue up until today, and it only appears to be an issue for my players and not me as the GM. When I launch the charactermancer, I get normal functionality: But when I sign in as a player on my dummy account, with access to the same character sheet, I get this: Players cannot roll or choose average hit points at this stage.  We can enter a hit point value and click the "next" button, but the next page doesn't load for the player (but it does load on my screen if I have the charactermancer open). Hoping there's an easy fix for this.
Are you sharing your compendium with the players for the game in question?  (Game settings -> Compendium settings) -Adam

I may not have been initially (this is a new game with existing characters from another game), but I have done so since I posted this.  I will ask my players to try again, though I wasn't able to see a difference after I shared.  Odd thing is that one player was able to level up one of his characters but not the other. [edit:  I may not have properly shared/saved previously.  I just updated that and was able to use the charactermancer logged in as a player, and am now waiting on confirmation from my players.  I think the one that was able to level up was able to do so because he is an SRD character.  Maybe.  Possibly.]
