Weird Macro Error

Hello, so I have a player who is trying to use the following macro:  [[{?{numdice}d10}>10f<7 +?{numdice}]] +[[?{enhancement|0}]] Enhancements when they click it though, it gives following error: It works fine when they click the 'Test macro' but when they click it to roll it, it just says the name of the macro. Other macros work fine, and the same macro works fine for other people in the same game.  Any idea why this might be happening?

If it says the name of the macro my guess is there is more macro than you are showing us. Is it part of a Template?  Could you screenshot the output?
