Hi Bilo, Could you elaborate on which character sheet is being discussed? The name of the sheet and/or a screenshot of the sheet would help.  Additionally could you elaborate on how it is broken?
Hi Gauss  the sheet is the rolemaster united / unified sheet (RMU)

It looks like pantsworth misplaced the files 2 years ago. I'll take a look and see how easy of a fix it is since I'm not sure they're still active.
thank you Scott
Hello all, My group (7 total) is playing MERP and approaching level 10. Thus, we plan to convert to Rolemaster and I have purchased RMU accordingly. Any update on the RMU Character Sheets? Probably unrealistic, but we were hoping to convert our characters tonight.... Thanks in advance! ReGM
it has been over 2 weeks now and i haven't heard anything frankly this is not acceptable, there is a game system supported by roll20 yet no update or even to fix the char sheet.  only reason am keeping my pro subscription is my vtm game thats been going on for a year or so now, if that was not the case i would cancel and move on...

Bilo, there are two types of sheets on Roll20. Community Sheets: anyone can create a sheet here (if they have a Pro subscription anyway). By Roll20: those that Roll20 has a commitment to maintaining. You can see the difference - if the name ends "By Roll20" it's that latter type. It looks like the rolemaster sheets are community sheets. For those, Roll20 has no commitment to maintain them. Volunteer users create and maintain them, and often abandon them when they move on in the hope someone else will take up the job of keeping the sheet maintained. If this sheet is a community sheet, and the maintainer(s) have abandoned it, you hope that some other user will take up the mantle and fix it. Failing that, you are out of luck. But if so, it's not Roll20's fault, and blaming them has no benefit.

appreciate the explanation Gigs , i disagree with your conclusion i walk into a store, i see a defective product,  as a customer i dont care if the product is made in house or imported~  all i care is the store is responsible for the products they carry. anyways it is what it is,,,,, and will start looking elsewhere for another VTT for my rolemaster needs and will discuss with my players moving to another VTT for my VTM needs appreciate everyone`s feedback and explanation

BIlo, I will point out that every VTT works this way for sheets/system support. There are officially created sheets/systems on fantasy grounds, Foundry, etc. However, there are also community created sheets on most of these. A few minutes thought should explain why this is the case; there are literally 1,000's (maybe 10s of 1000's) systems in the world. There is literally no way for any company to create support for all of those systems. Because of this, these companies focus on a few systems (or even only one system in some cases), and leave it to the community to support anything else they want to play. If the VTT doesn't offer the ability for the community to create their own sheets/systems/whatever the VTT calls it, then the VTT simply doesn't support anything else. As for your metaphor, a more apt metaphor for your reaction would be walking into a dealer room at a con, seeing a booth that isn't manned at the moment, and then threatening to sue the convention. Edit: As for why I haven't fixed it yet as I mentioned above, I have several sheets that I do officially support, and have had to handle some issues there.
thanks Scott

They aren't products. They are volunteer work.  Using your analogy it is like going into a game store and finding handouts for a free game that someone made and the game store allowed to post. If there is a problem with the handouts, the game store is not at fault. It is free content.  Community made sheets are not a product, they are free content that Roll20 enables users to create and publish.  Strictly speaking, Roll20 character sheets are not even required. Any game could be played on Roll20 without character sheets in Roll20. It is how things used to be done before Roll20 enabled folks to make sheets. An external character sheet + Roll20 rolls via attributes and abilities still works, even if it is not as graphically pleasing as having it all in one place.
