Roll20 loading issues.

I know roll20 prefers Firefox, though I have also tried Edge, and Chrome. Signing in as a GM is often virtually unusable. Never ending loading, an all white screen with token outlines, etc. This issue has persisted for about 2 weeks plus now. Has anyone else encountered this, any known solutions? Thank you in advance.

If it stops loading the game I want to join, I usually clear cache and cookies and reload the page completely. It happens from time to time...
I appreciate that, though this is only an issue when logging in as a GM.

THEJUSTIFIER said: I appreciate that, though this is only an issue when logging in as a GM. The Markus' advice is worth trying. Different cookies may come into play when logging in as GM. Other things to try are: The experimental image delivery service (the toggle is on your Account page). The problems you describe could possibly occur if some assets are not being allowed to transfer for whatever reason. You can also see if the page you are loading has an issue. If you do manage to log on, try switching the page and reloading. If you can't load at all, try creating a  Dummy Account  and promoting it to GM. If the Dummy Account can load, you can try deleting the page in question (assuming that it is this page that you have been trying to load. Try creating a brand new game and see if you have the loading issue there. That should help narrow down if it a problem specific to the game, or if it is a general communication issue. As an aside, the overwhelming majority of Roll20 users are on Chrome (jut like the overwhelming number of the web browsing public). Roll20 supports both Chrome and Firefox, but does not recommend one over the other. (Firefox's popularity has declined greatly since 11 years ago when Roll20 first began development). My advice for choice of web browser though has always been: whatever works best for you. Some people swear by Edge or Opera.
I appreciate your thoughtful response, I did delete the cookies, and I do not have the Experimental Image option active. Ironically Firefox allowed additional features on the sheets, though it is still unusable. Back to Chrome, I will attempt the more drastic measures, thank you.

Out of curiosity, what did Firefox allow on the sheets that Chrome does not? Also are we talking about a sheet other than the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20?
Not the primary, but the simplified PF1 PC sheets had up & down arrows next to the fields. Never saw that with Edge, or Chrome. Also and alas, I have tried 2 different devices and even created a dummy account, the issues are the same. So frustrating. Makes it impossible to build maps. I am going to copy the game, fingers crossed.
